Veteran Land Clearing Engineers: Time is again bringing us closer to another reunion hosted by the Vietnam Land Clearers Association. By popular demand, the 2025 gathering will again be held at the Lodge of the Ozarks in Branson, MO. They have everything there to fully serve as our reunion headquarters, along with other amenities. Plus, the hotel rooms are of the highest quality, ensuring a comfortable and satisfying stay for all of our attendees and their guests. So, please consider coming out to another meaningful reunion for all of our former Vietnam Land Clearers and their family members, in which to share in the overall legacy from their arduous involvement while attaining proper closure for their Vietnam service.
2024 Reunion dates: May 13th, 14th, & 15th (Tuesday thru Thursday)
Where: Lodge of the Ozarks - 3431 W. 76 Country Blvd., Branson, MO
Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. All rooms are non-smoking, and no pets are allowed. For standard double queen rooms, the new group rate from Sunday through Tuesday is $99.95 per night, while the rate for those same rooms over Wednesday and Thursday is $129.95. For Friday and Saturday, in case some of you might want to stay over, is $159.95. The Standard King or jetted double queen rooms run from $104.95 to $134.95 over those given reunion dates. * As part of our designated group, all reservations must be booked through the Lodge of the Ozarks GROUPS DEPARTMENT and not online or through third-party booking agencies to receive the discounted group rates above. The given rates are also subject to a state tax of 9.35% and a city tax of 4%. A $10 + tax per night charge will also be applied to each additional adult in the room. Children 17 and under stay free in the same room with parents or guardians. Lodging includes a complimentary hot, deluxe breakfast each morning, buffet style. For reservations, we are instructed to call the hotel and ask for Renee Contreras, Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm Central Time, to reserve rooms with a credit card. Tell her that you are attending the Land Clearers’ Reunion. This is how they want us to reserve our rooms. Also, all those using the meeting room must be guests of the Lodge of the Ozarks, except for those staying at RV parks and Air B & B lodgings or timeshares, as this rule may be somewhat flexible.

- Tuesday, May 13th: Arrival and Meet' n Greet at Crystal Hall, where complimentary beverages and food snacks will be offered by Georgia Hier.
- Wednesday, May 14th, is packed with activities, starting with the Memorial Service in Crystal Hall at 10 a.m., followed by the renowned *Dutton Family Music Show at 2 p.m. in their theater just across the street from the hotel. Dinner is to be on your own.
- Thursday, May 15th: Business & Board of Directors Meetings in Crystal Hall at 10 am. Lunch is on your own. *The Banquet will begin seating in Crystal Hall at 5:30 pm, with a fully catered dinner being served by 6:30 and a U.S. Army guest speaker to follow, who will present award certificates to all former land clearers in attendance. Our fundraising raffle will follow that.
